We have listened, and we're pleased to announce the latest set of additions to the PIMS Rental Management System

Manage cancellations

It’s a sign of the times that this feature became an urgent requirement.

When cancelling an already committed booking, you may wish to record the revenue not refunded and keep a note of this booking for future.

More views of your data

Review past bookings, past enquiries that did not materialise, sift and sort the records, understand your customers and their repeat booking habits. The more you know about what your business is doing today, the more you can improve it for the future.

In addition we are pleased to offer a new calendar view for multi-property owners to see at a glance what vacancies exist across multiple properties.

More ways to avoid duplication of effort

You can already embed the bookings calendar on your own website. You can have a real time booking form on your website, we're please to now offer the ability to show your prices on your own website taken directly from PIMS.

Since you already set your prices in PIMS for bookings, you can display some or all of these on your own website and have them shown separately for each property.
