PIMS 1.5 released - January 2009

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing easy-to-use but functionally powerful tools to help the Rental Home Owner, we're please to announce this interim upgrade.

Together with the incredibly rich set of capabilities already launched in July 2008, PIMS is already saving our users a tremendous amount of time - and hassle !

New WYSIWYG email editor

Create fully formatted emails using our new simple editor that looks and feels just like any Office word processor. Its all very intuitive, just put your mouse over any of the tool buttons to see what they do.

email attachment

You can upload your nicely formatted Booking forms, T&C, maps, key instructions, or whatever and add as attachment to any email that you send from PIMS.

Better still, when you set up your prototype templates to use at any stage of the booking process, you can associate an attachment with any email.

You'll never again forget to attach the file to your outgoing email. PIMS will automatically do it for you.

Business Reports

See at a glance where your enquiries are coming from in total, and for each of your properties. Which websites are bringing you the enquiries, which convert to bookings and which generate the most revenue for you.

How do your bookings compare with last year ? More bookings, but less revenue ? Drill down for each property.

Still want to extract more information from the data you have been collecting? Simply export the relevant data to Excel and perform whatever additional analyses your own skills allow.

As well as the major features mentioned above, there have been scores of small enhancements made in response to user suggestions. These small changes collectively enhance the overall user experience and help PIMS adapt to individual owners.
