Version 7 is predominantly aimed at the small to medium sized agencies with dozens or even hundreds of properties.

Under/over occupancy charges
As well as setting weekly/daily rates, you can now build your rate card to automatically add or subtract a rate per person over or under any specified amount.
Special offers or Discount Codes
Create you own special offer discount codes. Decide how to calculate the discount (e.g. 20% off basic rental, €25 per week, £5 per person if under 5 persons etc etc), and ensure tthat the dicounts are only applicable in certain circumstances (e.g. from Jan 2nd - March 25th, or only if booked 20 days before holiday, etc etc).

Managing payments to Owners
As an agency user, you are taking payments from guests and also making payments to home owners.
PIMS noww offers some very powerful features for helping you automatically calculate the payments, keep track of what is due, be reminded to make payments on time, and report on your actual cash position at any time.
Of course, PIMS also offers features to enable you to communicate the payment status and amounts due to your property owners.
Again, for agency users with large portfolios of homes, you can assign properties to groups so that when using certain features in PIMS, you can restrict the list of properties to only those properties in any group.
You can present a multi-calendar with only properties in a specific group
You can restrict the search results to only those properties in a specific group.
When you offer up a property selection in either the DateCheck form and/or the Contact form, you can restrict the list of properties to those in any specific group.
As an agency with a number of different staff members accessing PIMS, you can create separate login codes for each staff member, and optionally, you can restruct each staff member to a subset of PIMS capabilities. A sort of "parental control" mechanism.
